I have a question. So we want to integrate all of these aspects of ourselves and the experiences we are having are both reflections of our progress and opportunities to do some "work" and get the energy moving in the right direction. How do we take that step when we are faced with something? There was an experience I just had over the weekend that caught my attention and I'm not sure what to take from it, or how to- I just... How do we do it?

@SpartanGraffiti there are many ways...1 is to simply speak 'truth telling' i.e. 'Can I tell you how that made me feel?, I feel.....X. And share it without blaming 'the other'. for ex. The Alchemy Energy Process is also very powerful in actually 'transmuting' 'alchemizing' the energy that didn't feel right to you.

I have reached and reached for spiritual information that I can resonate with. Some was too strict, and some my intuition simply did not fully resonate with. Finally, I sat back and let the universe guide me and I found these videos. I have been looking for this sort of explanation; a message that lovingly agrees to embrace the sacred orgasmic existence that is all around us.

I kept saying I was not ready to release the 3d because it was beautiful, and that we were here for a reason. 3d is not crappy, it is amazing! We are fortunate to still be in a phase of 3d touch and feeling. Its okay to embrace and learn and release. thank you :)

@Grayhawk33 yes - I understand the place you are at ( I feel ) and was there many years (lifetimes) myself....to undo it, we must go THROUGH it...not judge, avoid or deny it. True masters are masters of the material....as well. True Oneness, Advaita, is INCLUDING so called 'material' energy...of course - it is ALL GOD.
