e non si puo vedere una cuoca che affetta e sminuzza "seduta" coin un coltellino da frutta!
apparte... scolare i cetrioli... in un colino medio con un piattino da caffè sopra e si pigia... l'aneto non si trova nei supermercati , ma nei negozi etinci si, in altre regioni ( come al sud) lo coltivano direttamente!!!

By the way, I'm Greek & I've almost made "tons" ;) of *τζατζίκι* tzatziki by the traditional recipe like this in the presentation, unlike the transformed touristic recipe without garlic & dill.

The correct recipe does not include parsley but DILL, in the same amount. Try it & you will be surprised, It's completly different.
All the other are perfect in your presentation, congratulations.

Hi Fishpas! Yes, you're quite right, and we do say this in the video, but unfortunately we say it in italian. We also say that in Italy it's quite hard to find fresh dill, almost impossible. This is why we've used parsley. Thank you for the congratulations: Elena, the "lady of the zaziki", will appreciate it, she's also greek :-)
