This can be used as a bulk workout or shredding workout. All depends on high rep or low rep on your sets.
For Bulk keep reps on each set between 6-10 (heavier weight of course)
For Ripping keep reps on each set between 20-25 (lighter weights)
Finish all lifting FIRST
Then do 4 sets of creative cardio at the end.
All exercises besides Arnold Presses (3sets) will be kept at 4 sets.

So 21 set day for your shoulders.

  • Not AT ALL. The movement you are in reference to is an explosive exercise. Oddly enough i have never been hurt by any of my self made movements :) SO Simply because what i'm doing is not something you see as traditional or "safe" doesn't really matter.
