Carl Miller on The Constitution and the Bill of Rights Tape one. Part 3 of 11. Keep in mind this is an old set of tapes, so DO NOT CALL ANYBODY HE TELLS YOU TO CALL because they aren't there anymore.

Shuttlesworth v. Birmingham 373 U.S. 262
"If the state converts a liberty into a privilege the citizen can engage in the right with impunity."

  • @chisumproctor You need to go to a law library to find the original. It will most likely be in there. The books at the law library don't change much because it is expensive to update an entire book so they add paperback updates in the back. I no longer live near a university law library so if anyone can find it and copy it, please do. And email me a copy, please.

  • @paul0luap1 and that is why we need the original in our hands and need to fight for it, though there will be a cost. that's for sure.

  • @elhnad from what He has shared all original written documents are iron clad and compeltely legit in the court of law, but you must stand up for them and their very well maybe a cost.

  • U.S. Code Title 18 section 2381. has been changed. I have read the original (basically what Carl reads) But if you look it up on line, it will not say the same thing.

  • Black's Law Dictionary, I own one, and I love it! It's worth every penny

  • So they basically can't search SHIT unless they have a search warrant. WOW!!! Even basic "stop and frisk" and conventional, ILLEGAL 4th amendment search and seizures of cars are unconstitutional!

  • justiceprose com they might be able to find him

  • justiceprose com

  • @elhnad I am just guessing but all editions are valid in court, think of the changes as amendments to the original definition. I would think that the definition that has "been around the block" would hold more weight. I am just speculating though.

  • but each new edition of Black's Law, they change definitions. Now person no longer means a corporate fiction, i think they changed it to person - a human being, well that's what i saw on the newest pocket editon which is based on the newest full edition (i think the 8th) So which ediiton is valid in court?
