While doing these exercises does one have to always pullin their stomach muscles for stabilization ie; the transverse abdominals?

I just finished doing this exercise and love it! It comes out to 16:37 minutes and it's pure isometrics --- about the best and safest form of exercise there is. You'll feel this workout and it covers everything except the neck. The instructor does a reasonably good job but the sound is not too good. I have mine on my ipad and can hardly hear it. At any rate, thank you for this workout. I appreciate it.

You seem to do the wall squat with ease. I'll bet you don't need chairs in your house.

Could a man who did this workout add muscle size, or is it designed only for toning?

@MrParanormalist Isometric exercises don't increase muscle size in both men and women. This workout is for people who can't do other exercises for some reason (health).

@santiagivan it depends how much you push during the active period, I pushed really hard and was sweating at the end.
