those parents make me sick to my stomach, you can tell the guilt that marla is carrying around.

the irony of the phrase "my kid could paint that" being attributed to modern/abstract art is that most artist of that generation admired children's art and believed that children are the most uninhibited and therefore the truest artist, so if you told that to an abstract painter, they would probably say "yes, your child should paint that".

Its so obvious the father was the puppeteer

"Everyone needs naked time". agreed.

This is the what you get when you allow the group of nefarious social engineers to take over Culture and turn it into what they want. Culture and Art become nothing but a tool to turn our world into a sea of meanlingless, atheism and indifference. It's value is about of who promotes it, who sells and buys it, and what the "experts" say.

hahaha I hated art until I learned about iconography! Modern art is ugly

Very sad when adult parents are so insecure they end up making props out of their children. NOTE TO PEOPLE: You cannot wish your children into prodigy - no matter how much better you thing YOUR life will be as a result.

i'm rude? you are insulting people you don't know and you don't even realize it because you are soooo sure you are correct because of all your study and training, i wonder how long the greats really spent studing techniques and developing their grasp of composition and color, you think one they she will be great...no mr. art expert she's great already. you are just to educated to see that.

as a matter of fact it is. could you please stop being rude for no reason?
lol yeah, sort of obvious she didn't write that, but it's SUPPOSED to be obvious. Like something you would write for a dog at an adoption centre, obviously the dog didn't write it, though it may say "I like to chew on shoes" or something.

Modern Art is really the art of hyping whatever you can get away with. Hype, hype, hype. The art of swindle.
