I'm on my 6th day now!!! I'm really pumped about it!! It's really hard for me because I'm so out of shape, and I can't do the whole workout cos I get really tired but I'm really trying and I hope within this week I'll be able to do the entire workout without getting tired! :)

Well, Amber. Insanity is the workout your want to try out if you really want to see results. No doubt about that! I did it once last year, but I dropped out after 2 weeks. I do not know why, but already after those days, I could feel my body begin to change... Insanity is HARD. It is 'INSANE' - Do this program if you really, really want to go all the way. I am starting tomorrow with it. If you want to, you can follow me, and se my changes.

Pay day is today and I just might get this.Im a smoker,my butt out day was yesterday.Im female-135 pounds,but i look and feel much heavier.I want to see most change in my butt Will this insanity challenge work on that at a good even level.Iam very insecure about my body.just want to feel good for the summer, coming, and healthy.this is my new years resolution.ive been taking runs almost every day,but i need something like insanity challenge to really push me to my limit.I think im ready for it

next time try showing some pics or actual results, your word does absolutely nothing except waste our time watching this vid

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. There is nothing other to this program than putting the work in. It's not by doing "this" or doing "that" Shaun T combines HIIT training, which is highly effective at ramping up the entire bodies mechanophysical performances drastically while combining a mentality of "just show up and press play and dig". Proper nutrition is easily instinctive and intuitive which basically means your common sense knows what good food is. Most people however, are lazy muts. GW

after today i will be done with the first month and its going good so far! next week is the week off for core balance. is the second month tougher? i heard it is
day 3 for me, im so ready!!

@SiiKxKiiLLer So how are things going so far? You should be done w/ the first month now. How you feeling and how have the results been. I hope awesome. Keep up the great work, you'll rock Month 2. It is defintely a step up from the first month. But you'll find that motivation with shaun T. to dig deeper each day!

@MrsBabyfat The key to any journey is consistency. Stick to a plan, follow it and press play each and everyday. You do that, Eat clean and I know you will reach your fitness goals and have success. You also have to find that motivation. That driving force each and everyday within yourself to push forward.
