This machine makes my legs go huge and gives me sores on my feet. Not good.

@tinkerbell471 change shoes. I had the same issue when wearing jogging shoes and work out with flipflops now.

Cross trainers are my favourite to use at the gym. I just need to get one for my home now. I have noticed a huge difference in my legs already. :)

how long should ten km take on 3 res?
It took me 25 minutes and i burned 200 calories, i get the feeling somethings gone wrong

@NJacquemain Generally the lower the resistance level the faster you can go. The higher the level, the more resistance there will be and the harder you have to work. Dont worry what everyone else is doing though, just work at your own pace x

i'm not unhealthy or anything but when i tried one of these today i just couldn't gain much speed :/ the people next to me were going waaaaay faster than me and i was trying to make the machine go faster but it just wasn't working, in the end i got frustrated and just ran on the tredmills instead :/ how do you make them go faster?
