  • its 2mm edge is about as sharp as the side of a spoon.

  • How do you assemble the alluminum core ? How do you assemble the pipes to the headerplate ?

    We buy the the correct size aluminium core from our supplier then make everythng else pipes are welded on,.

  • Thanks, ....we are a radiator factory located in the caribbean and are very interested in trying to make our own aluminum cores. Here they do everything copper. Making the rest is almost the same thing but in aluminum. The only thing we are trying to figure out is the core details. This is why I found your video so interesting. But I guess the core part will remain a mistery.

  • @gidani sounds gd we also make the brass and copper radiators thats how we started,. the aluminium cores are made and assembled very much like the brass radiators but the headerplate is brazed to the tubes in a very controlled temp oven,.
