I don't think the West really understands Iran. The Iranian parliament actually has some real power. The President (Ahmadinejad) is likely to be voted out at the next election anyway haha. Then the US will have to come up with a new excuse to bomb Iran.

What is Iran doing right now at the UN threatening again; they shoot themselves in the foot good job. Saddam was hung because this stupid administration failed to realize the perfect balance that was achieved by keeping him in power.

Bah, look at them threaten again what does that do to help Iran it just strokes the ego of the extremists. Look how far Bush's threats have gotten him, so keep threatening and see how far you get. You have a lot of nerve saying it from Canada go live in Tehran and live their economic life.

threaten Western powers? I think you're just paranoid. Iran has never threatened anyone, it's mostly ''the West'' (and Israel) doing all the threatening. But Iran will come out victorious, like they always do. For 10 Years Saddam fought them and in the end he was hung like a dog, be careful, the noble Iranians might do the same to you if you try to hurt their nation.
