Good bye, school - Russian school graduates today

I am very disappointed about today kids. But, maybe I'm too old to understand it.
In this video you'll see how today hundred thousands of yesterdays schoolgirls and boys graduate today. Every city has its own tradition of what they are doing for Graduation Day, but the most often scenario is a lot of alcohol (big pity) and fountain swimming (really).
What's going on with this planet?
