Invisalign UPDATE! Day 3

I actually think it's actually more obvious when i have my trays in because the attachments look like they're part of my teeth. When I started dating my boyfriend he didn't know I had attachments for almost a month until I lost one! He just thought my teeth were weird! lol

@guitarsweetie13 haha that is funny! now that makes me wonder.. cuz the people I know know I have invisalign but maybe they dont knnow i have attachments.. oh awkwardness haha and how did it fall off?

i got mine yesterday and it hurts to take em off kind of but how often do you eat because i skipped lunch today cuz i didint want tot take them off lol and it feels really annoying all day but i better get used to them do you keep them on 24/7 or do you take like a couple of house break

@robingill66 Hey! woot u got them! and I know what you mean, it takes about a week to get used to them for the first time, it feels weird having a plastic in your mouth, plus it hurts to take out the first 3 or 4 days. But once ur teeth move a bit it'll get easier, and I eat about 3 or 4 times a day, but I don't snack anymore because it is a pain to clean them and brush ur teeth and floss every time. :( I TRY to put them back in as soon as I am done eating but I also have days where I get lazy

@robingill66 (cont...) and leave them out for about an hour or 2 after I take them out for a meal.. I probably shouldnt.. but I mean idk.. it takes a lot of will power to do invisalign so I TRY to be good lol

When I got my attachments with my second tray I couldn't take them out for an entire day. It hurt so badly to take it out because I wasn't sure how to do it properly and I thought I would break them. When I'd start pulling them down I would have the tray putting extra pressure on another spot and it would make it worse. But once I got it out once I had no problem ever again.

@ameera14 Congrats!! :) and thanks for ur comment, yes it gets easier, I get a new set next wednesday and it is already easier to remove them and I barely even feel them in my moouth now!
