they best video of its class by far. Had you jumped prior to taking the AFF Course because you body , stability , turns. Where all very good. i went the staticline route. Completed them all (24) now ive got to get to my ISP jumps before my A licence, but for now im just JUMPING. blue skies

so do you have to do this 7 times before you can skydive on your own?

No. If you've done this 7 levels (can be more than 7 jumps!), than you can begin with the training. You need between 30-50 jumps to do the license. And THEN you can skydive on your own... ;) ps: thats the way it is in switzerland...
