Din - Fantastic Planet

DIN is the electro house project of former Digital Poodle and Rational Youth member Pupka Frey.
The title track to DIN's debut CD of the same name, Fantstic Planet is an homage to classic Italo-Disco and melodic techno, and of course the surreal animated Czech film the name was lifted from.
This video was shot in 1992 by Justin Stephenson along with Pupka Frey. This clip was also featured on a MuchMusic TV sci-fi music special.

I kind Of like this, Very Impressive!

I can't believe this was done in 1992! This album was ahead of it's time, AND IT'S STILL SO EXPENSIVE AND RARE. It's between $8-$250 on amazon [where as most unheard of electronic artists from the early nineties are .01 cent] and most places have never heard of DIN. If this was his style in '92, I'd love to hear what he can do in 2011.

Din's work is all just as good or even better than this, if you like it. Try to find the albums "Fantastic Planet Revisited" or "Decade of the Brain."
