  • sebastian is a free runner.. so it's normal for them to show off.. while david belle is not.. he doesn't need to show off his skills.. he's a traceur..

  • Is it normal to a free-runner show himself off? Where did you see it? A free-runner is a lover of body, life and moviments, not an exibitionist.

  • a traceur is also a lover of body, life and movements but freerunners do it the "show-off" way.. they're moves exist so as to show to the people that it is hard to do..

  • I understand your point... but i think freerunners deserve respect as tracers do. It's another discipline... only this.

  • what the hell happend to david belle?

  • David, actually, is leading a team to create parkour couches as ADAPT (pkgen) is doing.

  • @duddupkaju we respect them but that is how you define two discipline with generally the same principles.

  • @madalingalalahanin I'd call sebastian a traceur as well. What is it with the david vs sebastian camps? I've got a feeling there's no bad blood or any sort of rivalry between these two.

  • A traceur is about efficiency, getting from a to b in the quickest time, a free runner in a sense has more ego, the gymnastic elements aren't efficient, if you have to stop just to do a back flip then you loose your flow, so i guess thats how you can tell the two disciplines apart, traceur's find the beauty in flow and free runners find beauty in the techniques,
