"I" fell, & honestly believe, what from what I've seen, know, & assume, aside form the fact rolls of the dice effect outcomes, among similarly gifted/trained fighters, A. Ignashov was the best kick-boxer, overall, talent-wise, I've ever seen, & he is among my favorites, but not even top two or three.

@SoGreatToHaveFun he took a serious knee injury in 2002 & couldnt train thats why he put on alot of weight got depressed hit the bottle & had an alcohol problem ,even when he came back he had still never recovered from his knee injury which took away his weapons knees & kicks ,thats why he came to nz to train more on his hands with lolo heimui ,but he was never the same fighter after 2002 ,all the fighters know his knee is bad & target it ,i feel sorry for him was a great fighter..

Alexey Ignashov is one of the best tchnical k1 fighter I have seen.
I think the reason why Mr Ignashov not have won the main k1 title is because he maby not had focus enough staying in shape. I don't know, but that is what I think.
