We do not use inflated balls. Our balls are solid urethane balls with a slight tacky feel. The bowling ball is great but it doesn't work with our boards on carpet and because the boards have a continuous rocker in them- the board slides off the ball.

Ryan likes the larges Si-zmik for a total strength workout. And he loves the medium sized Si-klone to really whip the board around and get some good thrashing in.

Try the bowling ball -- you are close. Hold on to something, it is very fast. Much more fun than a soft inflated ball; you will feel like you are flying.
