@brandnutopian Makes a great slogan but you are correct they would never be able to overide a veto and they never intend to replace it anyway. Even if they did manage to repeal it they would do absolutely NOTHING to replace it. For eight years under Bush they did NOTHING so what makes anyone think they really want to do anything now? Its all rhetoric and nothing more then that.

Repeal and replace is a bullshit slogan. Even if Republicans won every seat in the House and Senate up for grabs this Fall (2010), they would still be below the threshold of a 2/3 majority necessary to overturn a presidential veto. They're promising an impossibility.
