Downloading the album is no different then borrowing it from a friend, or even ripping your own purchased copy onto your computer.
Downloading isn't stealing, it's getting a backup of someone else's copy.

@foxtrot1551 I only agree with neonknights77. If your downloading from limewire, it's file sharing. No different from barrowing the cd from your buddy and putting it on your pc.

No, im afraid your definition is off there bud. Its theft just as if you stole the cd from a store. Only difference is its an electronic copy. Which makes no difference, its still copyrighted material owned by them, which means your stealing their property.
