  • elliot great vids :) just wondering is there any point in doing one rep max sets particularly in the bench press, in terms of gaining strength and build, will i get stronger in doing this, or is it better to perform 10-12 reps of a lower weight?

  • I have been a competitive swimmer for 12 years. It uses basically everything exept for the biceps. It mostly uses back and triceps. Other muscles are chest, shoulders, glutes, and core.
