Converted a stock (400 type motor) Parkfun Fusion into a brushless and reliable aerial photography platform. It's a 4-channel copy of the EasyStar with functional ailerons. Hope to move towards FPV if I don't have any bad accidents!

  • Hi there, what's up? need some details? try the blog link in the description, or reply here if it's something not covered. :)

  • @seemonseemonster I'm just browseing and looking for a good plane. I've Flown heli's but never a plane. So I'm looking to build one soon. We I have a Parkzone Super Decathlon 35", someone give me, but the ESC is toast. So I was looking at getting some electronics, and either scratch builing a plane from foam, or get a kit. I'm not sure what to do yet. Yeah your plane went across the floor, and I said, "Contact" like in the old days when they would spin crank the real planes buy hand. "Contact"

Hi Jack. Ok, i get it now! :)

Check out the combo I ordered from hobbyking. The breakdown is in the blog link. I can also recommend the Turnigy Plush ESCs from there. They are super cheap and really reliable. I have also bought 2 of their 2.4 gig 6 channel radios. Again, super cheap and reliable.

  • @seemonseemonster I like your website, and I'm going to go back and check out those details more closely. I'd like to get a plane like yours rear motor type. I got a buck of good stuff to day. (4) 3S 11.1v 1000mah lipos. (2) 30 amps esc's. (2) Park 400 Brushless motors, + props and adapters. Also (4) EXI 9g Metal Gear Servos, and a nice Thunder AC6 lipo charger. Now I either need to get a better plane, or buy some foam build me a foam cutter, and go to town. I got all that stuff for $155.00
