@sorryunlucky if you do your full test and pass it, you can go on any cc bike up to 33hp. and if you only have a cbt you can ride up to a 125cc and 14hp, which is basically an aprilia rs125 restricted.

You've confused me... What have you done in your test if you have if you've just done a CBT you'll most likely only be allowed on a 50cc Moped... HP is basically the CC so if you've done your FULL TEST and you're 17 you can hop on any bike up to a 125cc...

When you're 17 and done your full test you can ride any bike up to a 125...

@sorryunlucky no at 16 you are only allowed upto a 50cc engine with an output of 14hp and restricted to 30mph and im asking if this is learner legal because i dont know if its power output is more than 33hp for a 17 year old

In the UK you can apply for a Provisional license then go and do a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) then IF you pass which it is EASY to do if you can't I'd suggest giving up riding motorbikes. How ever if you do pass it is compulsory you wear L plates on the front and rear of the moped you're riding and the moped MUST be restricted to 30 MPH.
