holy fucking shit, that's all i can say! this is the best commerical ever! i wish air canada still had the ending where the a340 banked left and flew away! that was beautiful! love it!

okay fine ... but Air Canada did win best airline in north america for 2010 just google it :)...( i think it is skytrax website).. I;m not saying there perfect because i would much prefer to fly Qatar airlines or singapore airlines but cant for simple domestic/trans boarder travel. you must have some kind of "individual bad experience" or the topic wouldn't of come up ??

@wandaslice Nobody cares for individual bad experiences. Just because you had a bad experience with Continental does not mean that they are the worst.
It's a statistical fact that Air Canada has an extra bad customer service and baggage policy. Period. No room for a discussion.

@naisi Compared to who ?? after 25 years in the airline industry ... especially in north america.. Air Canada ranks in the top..not to argue .. but AC is way better than most north american carriers... im still in a claims fight with continental going back 2 years... le sigh

Air Canada, is very good, their airplanes are comfortable and there service is friendly. I saved $600 on AC compared to WJ. :)

@luvmytandem these exact horror stories if you search around can be atributed to every major Airline in existance it's not exclusive to Air Canada
