You are not accomodating to atheists. You are accomodating to reality. Which if your god is the creator of the universe is the only testament of his truth and wisdom that was not authored with the use of fallible human intermediatories as a proxy.
Why Christians don't follow this path of logic I have no idea.

@fighterace2688 The very God of the universe chose to cease from His labor-not because He was tired (Isaiah 40:28), but because He wanted to set an example for all mankind. He specifically blessed and made holy the seventh day as a Sabbath, a day of ceasing, well over two millennia before the time of Moses and the Old Covenant.
