Video taken on the morning of June 3, 2011. At midnight on June 2, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was releasing from the Garrison Dam and spillway 103,000 cfs (cubic feet per second), with that level steadily rising. The Corps' goal is to eventually release 150,000 cfs.
