Hi Megan, I just watched this on facebook so I popped over here to give you a big thumbs up lol. Great advice too btw. The best thing anyone can do is take charge of their own training and make it a lifestyle priority. I finally did six months ago and have lost 20kg and never felt better. In fact, I'm about to go and run up a mountain now. Have a great weekend! : ^ )
