This is a very useful app, and works well even with medical terms. In this case, I say "epigenetics new england journal," and it successfully does a Google search with the first hit displaying a review article by Dr Esteller on epigenetics published in the New England Journal of Medicine last year.

The next thing they need is a way of quickly storing a URL, something like Instapaper. Right now, you have to add it to your bookmarks.

This service had a problem with "endocarditis" without mentioning the journal name. While the first hit was "cystitis" the 3rd or 4th hit was the Wikipedia entry for endocarditis.
