The next thing they need is a way of quickly storing a URL, something like Instapaper. Right now, you have to add it to your bookmarks.

This service had a problem with "endocarditis" without mentioning the journal name. While the first hit was "cystitis" the 3rd or 4th hit was the Wikipedia entry for endocarditis.
