Corsair DDR3 1600MHz XMS3

Getting 4GB of this stuff, is it worth it? ty 4 any replies

Only if u match it with a 64-bit OS... i rly notice a difference when i take out 1 stick but i think that is because the dual channel is not there......

hey, I have a Corsair Dominator RAM 4GB kit @ a latency of 9-9-9-24 @ 1.8V. What worries me is the volts...will it be ok if I overclock it with a AMD Phenom II X4 955 [BE]? This is going on my first ever rig, and i'm pretty inexperienced at things, please help!

umm im not sure about amd but as long as it is not triple channel/x58 then the volts for the cpu and ram should be unlinked, so you should be able to change them independently. hope this helps

I just ordered a computer without the dominator, just normal corsair ddr3. This is coming with a 920 setup on an asis se mother. I'm just curious if I ever do overclock this, how far can I go with this ram? (3gb)

well i have pushed mine to 1830 mhz but it could have gone higher.

Dominatior is the same thing as XMS 3 you just don't pay extra for corsairs "special" heatsink.
