Cara's P.O.V: OK, so I knew their was paparazzi at the event. Well pictures of that night were on the cover and the topic of every tabloid and celeb news station. "Friends Brawl Over Daddy's Little Girl", "Jonas Daughter's Friends End Up In ER", "What's In That Efron's Cup?", "Jonas Dad Fuming Over The Situation", "Little Girl Efron Drunk" were just a few headlines.
I logged on to my laptop and found Celeb TV's take on it all.
Kelli: Guess who had a little too much fun last night? Sixteen year old Cara Jonas, daughter of Kevin Jonas, Jonas Brother hottie, attended the Plain White T's concert in New York City along with pal, Lizzie Efron, daughter of Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens-Efron, and two male friends from school. Lizzie and one of the boys got drunk during intermission, leading Lizzie to flash the paparazzi and the drunk boy to get into a fight with the other boy. What was the fight over? According to a source: Cara. The two boys both like her and want to date her. Because one of the boys was close to Cara, Mr. Drunk decided to rough him up. Both boys ended up unconsious while Lizzie past out from having too much to drink. A frightened Cara called for an ambulence and everyone was rushed to the hospital. According to a rep from Efron, all three are doing fine. Kevin Jonas came to pick up his daughter, not looking angry but a source says he told his daughter he'd deal with her at home. Looks like someone wasn't supposed to be at that concert.
I sighed and signed off my laptop. I went downstairs and found E! News playing.
Cindy: Hey guys, Cindy Taylor here. Last night sixteen year old Cara Jonas and her new BFF Lizzie Efron traveled down to N.Y.C for the Plain White T's farewell concert with two of their guy friends. Efron and one of the boys had a bit too much to drink, leading to drama in the parking lot. The two guys and Efron passed out leaving Cara alone. A source says Cara began to freak out and had to have a paparazzi call 9-1-1 for her because she was too afraid about her dad finding out.
Me: Not true! Everyone: SHHH!
Cindy: Help arrived and all three are now doing fine. According to a source both Efron and Jonas have been grounded for their night out because both dads banned daughters from going to the concert alone.
Me: How would they know that?
Cindy: Seems like Daddy's Baby Girls are becoming Daddy's Baby Rebels. We don't know the names of the boys or their backgrounds, but stay tuned to E!News for the latest on the story!
I turned to face the couch. My entire family sat there.
Me: I know it's everywhere. Joe: Monkey. *gets up**hugs her* Me: *pushes him off* How do they know that I wasn't supposed to be there? Taylor: From someone who knows you well. *sighs* It sucks, but we've all been through bad press. Like the time Kanye got mad at me for dissing him on Saturday Night Live. Joe: Don't forget me. You dissed me. Taylor: Well you did break up with me over the phone. Joe: I apologized! Anyway, I got bad press about that. Nick: The point is we all get bad press. And it'll be over soon. Me: But it's not fair. Natalie: I know sweetie. Kevin: But you asked for it. Me: WHAT? Kevin: You went to a high papparazzied event. Me: OH MY GOD! THAT IS THE LEAST OF MY PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW! Nick: Cara calm down. Me: I CAN'T! MY DAD ISN'T BEING INSENSITIVE! *runs upstairs**begins to throw together bag* Kevin: *runs upstairs after her* Cara what are you doing? Me: Packing. Kevin: Where are you going? Me: To live with Uncle Nick. Kevin: Cara I'm not letting you do that again. Me: You can't stop me. Kevin: Cara you get mad over every little thing. Me: Every little thing? You're blaming this tabloid drama on me. It's not my fault Darren and Lizzie drank! Kevin: If you hadn't snuck out this wouldn't be happening! Me: Well don't worry you won't have to deal with bad press anymore. Because I'm not your daughter anymore.
Kevin's P.O.V: I felt like I had been smacked.
Me: I'm out. *takes bag and goes downstairs* Uncle Nick, can I stay with you? Nick: Uh, sure. *picks up Elena* Does your dad know? Me: Trust me he knows.
By the time I came downstairs Cara was gone. And I worried it was for good.
