Besides, Highborne are an elite society of NE anyway, evolving later.

@PDohm123 she didnt actually fight for alliance that goes for sylvanas...sylvanas only wanted to protect her home not humans nor alliance...alleria was the one that battled with alliance for their home alleria was the one that helped them sylbvanas didnt give a shit :P

She doesn't hate her sister. If you've done this quest, you know that after singing the lament, she picks up the pendant anyway. Her sister "died" (there's been no confirmation of Alleria's death yet), defending the Alliance in Outland. There is even an outpost in her name.
BTW, the High Elves were part of the Alliance, so Sylvanas did fight on behalf of the Alliance, but all we saw of her was her defending her home.
