I couldn't agree more with this video.

I'm a African-American girl who's been listening to all sorts of rock since she was little. I also am a big fan of J-Pop, K-Pop and asian films and dramas. I've just recently started giving my niche a chance and started listening to more Hip-Hop and Rap. And oh my god, I can't believe I ever doubted Nicki Minaj. And the more I see her doing things, she seems so similar to me!

I wish more people in my niche would be like this. It'd make a happier world. C:

i think southerners are close to their families. I also think of Sandy from SpongeBob

But you can't really compare Southerners to real minorities like black, hispanics, or gays. You just can't and to make that comparison just shows that you really don't get it all. I have never heard of a Southerner killed just for being a Southerner or denied housing or education. Racism is a real thing and to deny it just shows your ignorance.

Speak it! I am also Texan so I can understand what stereotypes we undergo that aren't true at all. I used to get really annoyed with it, but now my plans are to deal with it. And yes we do say ya'll which is probably the only thing that actually fits in the stereotype lol. I used to also say that I hate American Music, but recently I have been listening to the top 40 radio stations. However, I am not going to say that we are the best. Because I personally get tired of Ke$ha's drunk songs.

You made me realize how lucky I am. I'm very proud of my multi-racial/multi-culture family. M family is a mix of white, hispanic, and Indian.

And we live in the south. I, personally, love rock, alternative, classical, a little bit of jpop, pop, rap, everything but country. And I've tried hard to listen to it. I love anime. I love any type of cuisine and I mean the real deal, foreign country dishes.

I was raised to embrace culture and thank you for making me proud of it!
