  • @youngfuture901 Yes, but but I do them kind of sloppy because it's hard to keep balance. I do them against the wall to get a quick workout and not worry about busting my ass!

  • hi dude. i'm a coach. well trainer in other words. i've built my way from breakdancing to free running to mens gymnastics. to freestyle. basically any body movment, i've basically adapted to all, sorta like a mixed martial artist but about body training.. if you need any tips just comment..
