Forteresse de Louisbourg. Few places in the world gives you such intense sensations of time travel. Louisbourg is one of them. And as a Frenchman, when you ear the old songs that you sang as a child and realise they are several centuries old, you shiver and you feel something undescriptible. Jimmy Leipold filmed this very sweet scene in the Forteresse as the Voyageur, Jean Dulon mend his way around. Il y a longtemps que je t'aime, jamais je ne t'oublierai....

Cool... I am a decendent of Luis HEBERT, Nicolas PERRAULT, Toussaint BEAUDRY and Guiilaume COUTURE... this is all in my blood. I attended a landing near Voyageur Park in Green Bay Wisconsin (Held at Herritage Hill Park). Voyageur Park is named after Nicolas PERRAULT and Toussaint BEAUDRY who 1st visited there in 1668.
