Great technique and good video, thanks for sharing. I would like to see how you cook the weave, but I'm guessing this is for the oven. As a bacon lover, I'm certainly going to try this. (On a side note, it seems every upload, regardless of the subject, attracts negative comments from losers without a life and no chance of getting one.)

Your killin me man! Why the hell don't you flip the second bacon column back toward you as your flipping the first forward onto the board? AAHHHHHHHHHHH!!! This is a serious problem man you need to deal with it. Your hands are literally within a fraction of an inch as you place the first column. Just grab the second while you're there!
