i don't believe any that anyone is less of a transsexual, if they decide not to get surgery, it's a personal decision.
Sure, if you hate that thing downstairs and it gives you anxiety, then you should do it, but not because anti-androgen is dangerous or anything like that, that's not a good enough reason, besides there are other kinds of anti-androgen then androcur which are not that dangerous, just my opinion, good luck:)

You don't really have to do it unless you really want to or need to. After some time of being on HRT and Anti Androgens your testosterone levels will probably never get high enough again to do any damage to your body anymore. If this is the main reason why you are considering, give a try to stop the Anti Androgens after you've been on them for a year or so, monitor your blood levels for a while and then decide accordingly. This is the route I am taking right now. Big hugs for you :)

thank you for your response but i have to edmit that it is not the only reason i really do want to be a full fleged woman and this might just be the exuse i needed to go through it.
