Hi There Thank you for this tutorial I wondered does this only work for web forms as I have tried this using exactly the same technique and in does not work.

@GeorgeLoseby, it should work in web databases as well as client databases. However, if your main form is embedded within a navigation form, you need a different macro--see the complete text description of the video for a link to more information (I can't post the link into the comment box).

Thanks for the nice comments! Note that if you're putting the datasheet form into a Navigation form, you'll need to make some changes to the macro. See the video description for a link to more information.
