This is good! These guys know what they are doing. Improper form is not only unsightly and less beneficial, it is dangerous! Proper form in any exercise is to be striven for. You may be able to do much fewer reps with good form, but in time, you will see genuine progress...

Holy Crap I just figured out something, if its 40 push ups in two minutes I'm crazy fast! I did 73 in 53 sec! Holy shit

I'm 4 and I can do 400 pushups and 1600 situps. My mile is 30 seconds :)

@getlostupig if you want to get better at push ups just get some weights and just hold them with your fists pointing outward not like when you lift for your bicep muscles amd just keep lifting and that is how pushups were easier for me

Like you; sit-ups are much easier to do for me. Push-ups are so fucking tough D:
