that nurse girl seems like she doesnt know how to drain an ear in a proper way. i had mine drained today by a team mate who is a doctor and it didnt hurt at all, my ear felt like it was going to pop before i drained it the first time

ive done ear draining, it doesnt hurt that much. ofcoarse you'll feel it, but I think it depends how big ur cauliflower ear is
