The purpose of pyramids was to allow pharaoh to lay in the sarcophagus & use the powers inherent in the shape to reach enlightenment. As the 2 previous posts suggest - there has never been a mummy fond in the sarcophagus of any pyramid. The valley of the kings holds (held) their mummies.
1 question was posed to me which I can't answer. Why does the christian bible NEVER mention the pyramids? Any thoughts on this? Inquiring minds want to know.
