http://thehairfiles.com Weak or mushy hair? Brittle hair? Bleached hair? Damaged hair? You need to do a strong protein treatment. The 2 step protein treatment is known for helping damaged hair regain it's force. You can make it and do it at home. It came to me one night when I was desperate for a protein treatment. I went to the kitchen and found what I needed.

SUBSTITUTION FOR CITRIC ACID : 1/8-1/4 teaspoon or less of apple cider vinegar .62ml-1.25ml cuillère à soupe du vinaigre de cidre de pomme
RECIPE: Short hair (cheveux courts)
DOUBLE RECIPE: SL (shoulder length - les épaules)
TRIPLE RECIPE: BSL -APL

Cheveux faibles? Cheveux cassants?

    bissou

  • @PatCheeLiia Salut! Toutes les 6 semaines.

  • I'm not saying that your product doesn't work, and I'm not even a big fan of the two step, but there is NO KERATIN in your recipe, is there? The all purpose in these kind of treatement is refilling hair with KERATIN! So this CAN'T replace a two step.

  • @Ele023 Hi. If you look at the ingredients of the 2-step (the packaged product) you'll notice hydrolyzed collagen is listed. Gelatin is hydrolyzed collagen. The packaged product wouldn't work as well to refill spaces in the strands if it didn't contain collagen (which increases hair's tensile strength). The other ingredient you're probably thinking of is the hydrolyzed vegetable protein and that alone wouldn't strengthen the strands the way the company promises. You don't have to take my word

  • @Ele023 for it. Just research collagen and tensile strength. My video just shows you an inexpensive (and less smelly way) to do it. Besides, I needed a strong treatment one night and had no 2-step treatment left so I made my own and though I'd share. Thanks for watching. :)

  • Merci ma belle! Où puis-je t'envoyer le "rapport complet" ? :)

  • @smileaandhappiness Tu peux m'envoyer 1 e-mail. :)

  • Great vid. Who is the troll hitting dislike on your vid? I mean seriously?

  • Seriously 2 thumbs up! I'm doing this. Is there anything I can substitute for the citric acid? I don't know where to get that.
