You can have all these signs, but do people notice?

...maybe. Your friends will ask questions, but you'll start fights, you'll push them away. Do parents notice? Maybe. Your door is locked, the music on loud. Teachers? Only when your grades drop? Then who? The mirror? Yeah sure. Your dealer? That's a laugh.

Nobody can help you.

You have to help yourself.

Tabrismacbeth, food and alcohol are very close to each other...used to avoid yourself,your problems and life in general("hidden" or "real" depression").

Only when you quit drinking,you never do again;you can't do the same with food.

You have to LEARN to eat normally...everything and in moderation without feelings of guilt,hatred and self-disstaisfaction.

@elibeth121 don't assume...my mother threw me out of a third story window when i was 6 months, pretty sure she wished me dead. i am a Communist so no pastor, and i am a medical student so i know the consequences. STOP COMMENTING ON MY WRITTING BIBLE HUGGER i think three comments is enough. have you stopped to think i don't want to get better leave... me ... alone!

@elibeth121 Fair enough,everyone has their own individual reasons for becoming ill,even if their behaviours are often almost identical. When i got ill all i wanted was to be left alone,to disappear,and it was never about attention for any of the people i was in the ED unit with.

@PsychoGeisha Find God, he can heal all this, he is right there with you, always. He will never leave you. He will give you that desire to get better to want to change. No one wants to see your self. Perhaps, a different career that doesnt idolize thiness as being attractive. They are continuing to damage you

@PsychoGeisha oh, well I dont want you to die and certainly your parents do not want you to die or your true friends. I am sorry that you were sexually abused, you didnt deserve it, you didnt cause it, that was all them, You perhaps should go to your pastor or a therapist so you can work out these feelings. That really helped me.

Starving yourself, binging purging will kill, it damages your organs you need to be set free. I will be here to help you or at least chat
