This is a great video of showing how to build a very nice, (probably expensive) house. If you sell this house on Sims 3, your chances of selling it are high. Great Job! Keep building more, I am so looking forward to seeing more!!

@HQxiLegenDzZ not really, when its on a platform such as ps3 and 360, you DO NOT HAVE A CONSOLE WINDOW dumbass, which makes it just a little bit harder for people who own a 360 and ps3. Besides, when its on a PC you experience games better, there bigger, aaaaand unlike the ps3 and 360, you cant upgrade it to become tons stronger then it already is, on a PC you CAN. Theres tons of positives to any game on a PC.

@GamingXSportXClub get it for pc, too get everything out of sims 3 and all thats good, id play it on pc, most people think its shitty on ps3 and 360 because its just not as big to them, though for others it can be perfect, though most people prefer it on pc (might be because of cheats LOL)

I get this game tomorrow! I've played it before though. Never understood how people come up with these awesome house designs and I don't know how to change the colors on furniture and lots more... I guess I'll learn with time, haha.

That is almost exactly like a house I made. Same idea, floors, doors, windows, stairs, railing, columns, and color scheme. A lot of the same furniture too. I suggest you get out of my head. The imagination might kill you.
