Now those with a degree are flocking in droves to get MBA's. A lot of these people are below middle management. I forsee a lot of people with MBA's fighting for middle management positions. Like you said, diminished value.

  • Great video ! At most, a university degree will *probably* land you a spot in a graduate school where you get to do the academic equivalent of sorting shelves (slave labor) like the video. After graduate school is done, your future is very uncertain, and you may end up sorting cans for real. Education does work, in favor of the universities only. While the news is full of 'cuts' and 'downsizing' of jobs and businesses, universities are always expanding and getting wealthier.

  • @Norm4561 Thanks for watching. I just read a Thomas H. Benton article. Thanks for telling me about him.

  • @CyberCelebrity I agree 100%, and I'm a felon with a trade degree working in that related field! I'm not making big money though! Connections are a must for anyone because I know plenty of not so smart people that got good jobs or what not simply based on having connections!!!!! Degrees are a dime or dozens! Most employers are focused on experience; I see how they do whenever they peruse your resume during the interviews!!!

  • Great. Should have added "but now you are in debt so you HAVE to work this job even more years".

  • I hate to say this overused quote, but "It's funny 'cause it's true!"

  • Watch this documentary

    "The college conspirancy"

    watch?v=VpZtX32sKVE

  • Brilliant video. In the real world connections trump education and experience. This means that only those students who attend Ivy League schools stand a chance of getting "good jobs" when they graduate. A job that pays at least $30,000 a year is unattainable for an average person at an average college (yes, even if you study and get good grades!). It doesn't matter if you major in engineering or post modern balloon art; if you expect to find a job when school's over you better have connections.

  • @TheJameezy You idiot racist. Do you know anything about Fox other what what you see on msnbc or thedailyshow. I watch msnbc and know what I'm talking about. Take Maddow on the stimulus. It created jobs? She talked about the Serious Materials and the windows and door factory in chicago. What she didn't tell you Serious Materials was the only one in the state that received stimulus money while other window and green companies didn't. Why do you think that is. How many workers got hired back?

  • @ioneipp haha They are some of the smartest people on television. Can't say the same for your fox buddies who have already been written off in society as entertainers haha. Just admit that you are nothing more than an idiot racist who knows nothing about politics or what goes on in the world. Just keep your opinions to yourself. You are a certified loon!

  • @TheJameezy You are obviously the idiot. Lawrence ODonnell and Rachel Maddow are lairs. The democratic party is destroying this country. People may say fox lies, but I say msnbc lies.

  • @ioneipp You are a complete idiot. Obvious by your statement(and I quote) "They need to understand that a free country doesn't mean you get to act black." Nothing more than a Nazi. The democratic party has been fighting for the rights of the consumers, but unfortunately the idiot republican party keeps trying to take all the hard work away. Watch Lawrence Odonnel or rachel maddow on MSNBC and you will see what i'm talking about.
