@ArtyomWolff There's plenty of info on the web in relation to making PCBs. The design of PCBs can be relatively straight forward using something like cadsoft eagle. You can etch the board yourself, or send it off for professional manufacture. Judging from the quality of the board and presence of silk-screen suggests the board in the video has been manufactured professionally.
@ArtyomWolff Looks like it's probably using an STA013 for MP3 and CS4334 for the D/A conversion. These are the SMDs near the 3.5mm jack on the right hand side of the board. The STA013 is I2C compliant, and is a self contained MPEG2.5 (layer 3) audio decoder.
