As the World Turns November 16, 1999 Part 2. Emma overhears Carly exaggerating to Jack about the amount of labor she has been doing at the farm, so Emma puts her to work. Emma praises the virtues of farm living, and Carly recommits herself to doing a good job. Carly vents her frustrations by throwing eggs - and ends up hitting Jack with one! Carly apologizes, but admits this farm thing isn't working out. She decides that she should leave - even if it means the end of her relationship with Jack. Jack urges her not to give up on them, and they begin to make love. Carly fears rushing into passion might be a mistake, but her doubts melt away in Jack's arms.
