I had no problems with it coming off, but could also use a small piece of thread.

@Conquest248 The tail side is held on with a bit of wire wrapped around the posts and fuselage. The wheel axles are currently glued in place till I can make a simple and secure quick release.

I used just a bit of scotch tape to secure the front wheels

@jestermj I thought about tape, but didnt know if it would let go if it got wet.

Is it easy to taxi around on the water?

@Conquest248 Yep, I havent had any problems. I wouldnt turn too sharply when at speed though, might catch and edge and tip over.
