Russia, Georgia and the US elections 23 Sept 08

The US and other Western powers have condemned Russia for what they call it's aggressive invasion of Georgia.
And a souring of relations between the US and Russia could have an impact for whoever wins November's presidential poll. Alan Fisher reports from Moscow.

God bless Georgia and Russia. We are Christian brothers. Let this stupid conflict be forgotten and our friendship be established forever. I am Russian and I love Georgia and will forever. In Soviet times, we traveled, studied, married in eachothers countrys.
