Compared to other countries in Latin America with sizeable Muslim communities, Mexico's Muslim population is tiny.

In southern Mexico, the indigenous Mayan population is a minority.

But another minority is being created within that group, as more and more Mayans convert from Catholicism.

In Chiapas, Frank Contreras takes a look at how Islam is gaining a foothold in the region.

I’ve just seen an Internet site featuring a hugely long list of "Islamic Terror Attacks on Christians."

To my knowledge, Muslims have never gotten into the streets against even ONE of those atrocities or any other. Instead, they save their energy for teddy bears, cartoons, Salman Rushdie, and MAKING such attacks. Never elsewise has so much arrogance been spent on so much ignorant, fanatically superstitious, violent tripe
