Thanks for the comment -- and you're absolutely right.
I know we sort of talked about "road trips" so I tried to keep it relevant, but it's more of something I can see someone clipping to their purse or backpack while on foot, etc.

I don't think its a very good idea to recommend leaving your iPhone in direct sunlight for hours to charge it. To keep your battery life in good condition, it is best to leave it out of direct sunlight, as the heat will lower the battery capacity over time or possibly damage the phone.
