I'm 17 (well in 2 days) I started my journey at size 18/20 now I am a size 12 :D It's been 4 months since my starting weight at 211, now I am 169 and still going!

what kind of excercises did u do? i've been doing this walk at home dvd and doing jumprope so far i lost 12 lbs but i need to pep my step and i have no time for the gym cuz iof my busy life so i do it at home.
